Quo Vado shot in and around Bergen in the picturesque Sandviken and Nordnes area, and put Norway at the very heart and center of a box office sensation and cultural phenomenon that had an impact way beyond the movie theatres.

After its Italian release in January 2016, Quo Vado went on to break every box office record in Italy, and became the highest grossing film in history. The following summer, Norway witnessed an increase of 39% in Italian visitors.
